That realization opened up a whole new world for me. I decided to go further and became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to bring all the pieces together — and to help others live a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
I started by working on my spirituality, and before I even realized it, the healing process had begun.
That awakening led me to explore a healthier way of eating and cooking. I was fascinated watching seeds and nuts transform in my food processor. I kept learning and soon discovered the powerful impact that food has on our health — for better or worse.
